    <title>Indian Motorcycle’s A2 Motorcycles for 2025</title>
    <link>https://www.kcsuperbikes.co.uk/indian-motorcycle/news-and-events/indian-motorcycles-a2-motorcycles-for-2025</link>
    <description>
Passing your motorcycle test has changed from the days when you were able to simply show you could ride around the block, use your brakes successfully with an emergency stop and youd pass if you didnt fall off. And understandably so! Riders should be well-equipped to take on a variety of road situations, but it shouldnt mean they are unable to ride the bike of their dreams.

Now, if you pass your motorcycle test but youre aged between 19-24, then youre restricted to riding a bike with a power output of no more than 35kW (47bhp) - but theres no need to settle for a bike that you dont really want and blend in with the crowd.

Did you know, you can choose from seven Indian Motorcycle models to ride on your A2 licence?

Lets take a look at some of the choices below

        Indian Scout

A name that goes back a century, the Indian Scout is where heritage-inspired design meets modern performance. It was right back in 1920 when Indian Motorcycle released the first Indian Scout - a clean-sheet design and a bold departure from earlier model concepts. This fast, reliable, manoeuvrable bike enticed many people to start riding and was a runaway success - and still is to this day. Available in two engine sizes, there are five A2 models to choose from.

        Indian Scout Sixty

With the introduction of the all-new 2025 Indian Scout and the 1250 SpeedPlus engine, the foundations were laid to reintroduce the Scout Sixty with a 999cc to the UK lineup. Drawn to its iconic design, over 90% of Scout buyers are new to the brand, and with its lightweight, nimble handling and low seat height, nearly a quarter of all Indian Scout buyers are new to riding. The new Scout Sixty expands that reach by offering its timeless American style and legendary combination of balance and control at a more attainable price point.

Featuring two models - both available in A2 specification - the 2025 Scout Sixty lineup features universal accessibility, iconic American design, and a legendary balance of power and control.

        Scout Sixty Bobber

Stripped down with an aggressive stance and class-leading low seat height, the Scout Sixty Bobber is the perfect expression of iconic bobber style. Blacked out with a black headlight bucket, the Scout Sixty Bobber reinforces a minimalist bobber aesthetic featuring a solo bobber-style seat, slammed 51 mm suspension, and 16-inch, five-spoke wheels.

        Scout Sixty Classic

Featuring heritage-inspired design, the Scout Sixty Classic offers premium chrome, classic Indian Motorcycle flared fenders, and flawless paint. Relaxed ergonomics, a low seat height, and 16-inch cast wheels deliver an easy, confident ride at every speed.

For both models, a class-leading low seat height delivers a confidence-inspiring ride for motorcyclists of all sizes and experience levels, while a low center of gravity gives the bike a lightweight feel off the kickstand and exceptional low-speed maneuverability. Standard across the entire lineup are mid controls keeping riders feet planted firmly below for easier riding and better control. Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) is standard, while Traction Control and Ride Modes are available on Limited trims and optional on Standard trim levels. Like other Indian Motorcycle models, Scout Sixtys ride modes (Sport, Standard, Rain) provide three distinct throttle responses to suit diverse riding styles and different road conditions.

Powering the Indian Scout Sixty lineup is a completely redesigned SpeedPlus 999cc engine. The smaller, liquid-cooled engine and five-speed transmission offer a more approachable powertrain for riders of all levels.

        Indian Scout 1250

Developed from extensive rider research and insights, the Indian Scout offers confidence-inspiring performance, usable technology, and class-leading rider amenities. Featuring the industrys lowest seat height just like the Scout Sixty, the Indian Scout delivers a confident riding position, as well as sporty and stable handling. ABS across the entire lineup instils rider confidence and increases braking ability, while Traction Control and Ride Modes on select models offer a tailored riding experience at the touch of a button.

At the heart of the all-new Indian Scout is a completely redesigned 1250cc liquid-cooled, V-Twin engine the SpeedPlus 1250. Each Indian Scout offers crisp acceleration and superior passing power. Electronic fuel injection provides consistent fuelling for smooth throttle response, while a responsive six-speed transmission keeps all the power easily within reach for sporty riding.

To evolve an American icon like Indian Scout, Indian Motorcycle focused its efforts in three areas. First and foremost, the new Scout must uphold its legendary design DNA. Unanimously, riders love the look and style of the Indian Scout. Next, Indian Motorcycle engineered the lineup to meet the needs of its diverse group of riders. Light weight and a low seat height of 680 mm offers nimble handling and inspires rider confidence. The third priority when engineering the all-new Indian Scout was technology. While rider-centric technology wasnt a priority for riders 10 years ago, it is today. The new 2025 model year lineup offers a variety of technology packages providing riders with a wide price range and the opportunity to select a ride with the industrys most cutting-edge technology.

Three models in the new Indian Scout 1250 lineup are available in A2 specification.

        Scout Bobber 1250

Stripped down with an aggressive stance and raw power, the Scout Bobber 1250 is the perfect expression of iconic bobber style. Blacked out front to back with chopped bobber fenders and headlight nacelle, it leans hard into a mean bobber vibe. A solo bobber-style seat reinforces a minimalist bobber aestheticwithout trading comfortand firmly plants riders in control under hard acceleration. Slammed 51 mm suspension creates a low stance for an aggressive, custom look. Bar-end mirrors give the bike a cut down and clean look with improved visibility.

        Scout Classic 1250

The Scout Classic is where heritage-inspired design meets the needs of todays American cruiser rider. Premium chrome, classic Indian Motorcycle flared fenders, and flawless paint will turn heads at every intersection. Wire wheels add to the timeless, authentic style. A low seat height and relaxed ergonomics makes for an easy, confident ride at every speed, whether commuting or going on a weekend trip.

        SportScout1250

Inspired by history but redesigned for the style of today, the Sport Scout 1250 gives a more aggressive spirit to the Scout lineup. Stylish gloss black 150 mm moto style risers with machine highlights come standard.

Machined triples and moto handlebars complete the package, both in custom looks and dialed ergonomics that fit its menacing style with improved reach and control for aggressive riding. The sport-style seat provides riders more back support and comfort to ride longer and harder, without compromising the bikes sleek style. The quarter fairing gives the Sport Scout a stylish and custom look straight from the factory, while also providing protection from the wind. The 19-inch front wheel adds to the aggressive nature of the Sport Scout both in style and agile handling.

But thats not where the choice ends

Not a fan of cruisers - what about the Indian FTR?

        Indian FTR

The FTR is a highly innovative model inspired by Indian Motorcycles long history of successful flat track racing and takes styling cues from the championship-winning FTR750 race bike. The result is a truly unique American motorcycle - theres nothing else quite like it. So, if youre looking for something totally different to stand out from the crowd, the FTR is the bike for you and as Indian Motorcycles most-customisable platform to date, with an almost endless combination of stylish and practical options from a vast array of accessories, modifying the overall look and feel based on your unique taste and style has never been easier.

Experience an exhilarating riding experience from the progressive, predictable power delivery and flexible low-end punch of the liquid-cooled 1,203cc V-Twin allied to a perfect balance of comfort, control and agility. Riding the FTR from the ProTaper flat tracker handlebars, a commanding, upright riding position means you get precise cornering and manoeuvrability whether you&#039;re commuting, slicing through the city, or escaping to the countryside.

Built around a trellis frame with long-travel inverted front suspension, the fuel tank is strategically located under the seat for a lower centre of gravity centralising weight distribution for greater agility and slow speed stability. The rubber meets the road through Metzler Sportec tyres and impressive, confidence-inspiring stopping power is delivered from the radially mounted dual Brembo ABS brakes for exceptional control.

Not only that but for even more rider comfort, the FTR comes as standard with cruise control and a USB port to charge your phone or other devices while on the move.

Grab life by the handlebars. The FTR will make every hour in the saddle worth making time for.

Theres a full range of accessories available too - whether youre a fan of carbon fibre or want to spec out your bike for a weekend away, theres plenty to choose from!

A2 options in the lineup are the FTR and FTR Rally.

<title>All-New Indian Scout - Born From Icons. Ridden By Legends.</title>
    <link>https://www.kcsuperbikes.co.uk/indian-motorcycle/news-and-events/all-new-indian-scout-born-from-icons-ridden-by-legends</link>
    <description>
Icons like the Indian Scout transcend the boundaries of time a true American icon that established the original gold standard for motorcycle performance and remains the visual inspiration and underpinning for virtually every American cruiser to follow. Its legacy was forged by legends and legendary achievements.

From Iron Man ED Kretzs Daytona 200 victory in 1937, to the dominant Indian Wrecking Crew in the early 50s, to Burt Munros land-speed record in 1967, Scout is the centrepiece to motorcyclings most revered stories, passed on through generations of riders.

Now that rich history is expanded with an entirely new 2025 Indian Scout platform, designed to ensure that Scouts legacy is not only preserved, but propelled for generations to come. Its an exercise in the preservation of Scouts iconic silhouette, while elevating it with an all new motor, a timeless steel-tube frame and a host of modern, rider-centric technology that todays riders have come to expect.

&quot;Having the opportunity to lead the design efforts for the next evolution of Scout is a dream come true. We wanted to capture a timeless look that never goes out of style, whether naked or fully dressed, while also elevating the bikes technical sophistication. Our top priority was to uphold the iconic namesake of Scout and ensure the new lineup is as timeless as all its predecessors. For us, it was imperative to keep it clean, follow the iconic lines of Scout, and create a package that offered seamless customisation. To achieve this, it all started with the steel tube frame and all-new, V-Twin engine.&quot; - Ola Stenegrd, Director of Product Design for Indian Motorcycle.

Visually, it all begins with Scouts iconic throughline that gracefully flows from tank to tail and continues with a masterfully reshaped tank and fenders each carrying an enhanced sense of surface tension and soul. Throwing a leg over the new Scout, riders will immediately appreciate Indian Motorcycles obsession with detail, from the finely crafted aesthetic of the all-new SpeedPlus motor, new badging, new seat and a heightened overall level of fit and finish.

But the all-new Indian Scout truly shines when its out on the road, with a host of modern features, from its low profile digital display to ride modes and three different technology trim levels, designed to serve the widest range of riders and varying riding conditions.

And last, but certainly not least, Scout remains the ultimate platform for self-expression, its all-new steel-tubed frame anchoring a classic American V-Twin design that offers the ultimate canvas for customisation, allowing riders to truly make it their own.
At the heart of the all-new Indian Scout is a completely redesigned 1250cc liquid-cooled, V-Twin engine the SpeedPlus 1250. Delivering up to 109 hp or power and north of 109 Nm of torque, each Indian Scout offers crisp acceleration and superior passing power.

A completely new platform, built from the ground up, the 2025 Indian Scout lineup is comprised of five models with three trim levels ensuring theres a style and price point for its diverse mix of riders.

    <description>
Indian Motorcycle has expanded the choice across the FTR lineup with the addition of four new colourways for 2024,following the limited-edition FTR x 100% R Carbon and FTR x RSD Super Hooligan.

Delivering a truly superior riding experience and powered by the renowned 92 kW, liquid-cooled V-twin engine with 120 NM of torque, the Indian FTR welcomes a bright Indy Red with bold FTR logo and white accent over a black frame and wheels.

The unmistakable, muscular style of the FTR Sport gains two additional colourways. Firstly, the new Granite Gray Blue offsets its stealthy bodywork and Granite Gray frame with contrasting blue FTR logo, wheels and shock spring. The second new FTR Sport colour of Storm Gray Black immediately catches the eye with its bold red wheels and frame complemented with the Storm Gray bodywork and contrasting Logo and accents.

Rounding out the new offerings, the FTR R Carbon gains a new carbon fibre body set with the strong FTR logo coming to this model for the first time. Red accents, frame and wheels draw the eye while the gold finish hlins suspension and yellow shock spring highlight the premium componentry of the R Carbon.

For all FTR models, precise handling is ensured through a combination of fully-adjustable suspension and 17-inch cast wheels wrapped in Metzeler Sportec tyres while radially mounted dual Brembo brakes provide powerful stopping power.

The Sport, R Carbon and limited-edition models also feature traction control and cruise control. From the Track to the Street, New FTR x RSD Super Hooligan Inspires Riders to Unleash their Inner Hooligan
Designed with Race Graphics and Premium Performance Componentry

Indian Motorcycle, Americas First Motorcycle Company, today announced a collaboration with Roland Sands Design (RSD) on a limited-edition FTR. Expertly designed by Indian Motorcycle and Roland Sands, the all-new FTR celebrates the RSD hooligan lifestyle a run-what-ya-brung, bar-banging spirit of unbridled, fearless freedom found in this style of motorcycle racing.

From the track to the street, the FTR x RSD Super Hooligan inspires riders to unleash their inner hooligan. The all-new limited-edition FTR features Black Metallic bodywork with authentic Super Hooligan race graphics, a classic Indian Motorcycle Red frame with matching wheels featuring gold accent, and Indian Motorcycle Racings No. 1 championship logo on the front and side number plates. For an extra layer of authenticity, the FTR x RSD Super Hooligan features race team sponsors logos on its rear seat cowl. Additional graphics for the radiator shroud, front fender, and front forks will be supplied to owners for optional application. These premium components were thoughtfully curated to deliver an authentic, race-like experience to the rider.

The term hooligan has taken on an entirely new meaning in the world of motorcycles, characterised by a rebellious, fearless attitude that places having fun on a motorcycle above all else, and thats what this new FTR is all about, said Aaron Jax, vice president, Indian Motorcycle. Roland Sands has blazed this trail and built the RSD brand around the hooligan lifestyle. From spinning laps on dirt ovals on mid-size cruisers, to todays competitive racing within the MotoAmerica series, the ethos of hooligan riding has not changed.

Super Hooligan has always been about more than just racing. Its about pushing boundaries and having a blast riding motorcycles with your friends, said Roland Sands, Founder of RSD. Far from the full fairing machines you normally see on the racetrack, a Super Hooligan bike has effortless attitude and a custom aesthetic with an exposed powertrain. When Indian Motorcycle approached us to codesign an Indian FTR for consumers, it was a natural fit, and something we were very excited to be a part of.

Built upon the FTR R Carbon model, the FTR x RSD Super Hooligan offers performance branded parts and premium ride-enhancing technology. Fully adjustable hlins inverted front forks and rear piggyback shock delivers exceptional ride and handling, while dual-disc Brembo brakes provide ultimate stopping power. The bikes 101 mm round touchscreen display powered by RIDE COMMAND offers vital bike and ride information, selectable ride modes for a customisable ride experience, along with Bluetooth and USB connectivity. The capabilities of RIDE COMMAND allow riders to take control like never before by enjoying seamless integration with their smartphones, tracking ride routes, keeping up to date with automated alerts of the motorcycles maintenance and health. In addition, an Akrapovi muffler and heat shield add style and improve sound, while Gilles Tooling parts, including adjustable rear-sets, oil cap, radiator cap, and bar-end weights, add to the bikes premium finish delivering authentic RSD Hooligan race style for the rider.

Interested riders should contact usas soon as possible to reserve their individually numbered FTR x RSD Super Hooligan bike. Just 150 from the total of 300 will be available outside of North America and international shipping starts immediately.

<title>Indian Motorcycle Unleashes New Sport Chief, Raises The Bar For American V-Twin Performance Cruisers</title>
    <link>https://www.kcsuperbikes.co.uk/indian-motorcycle/news-and-events/indian-motorcycle-unleashes-new-sport-chief-raises-the-bar-for-american-v-twin-performance-cruisers</link>
    <description>
Indian Motorcycle, Americas First Motorcycle Company, today unleashed its most aggressive iteration of the iconic Indian Chief with the launch of Sport Chief. Building upon one of the most historic and influential motorcycle namesakes of all time, the 2023 Sport Chief raises the bar for American V-Twin performance cruisers through premium performance-oriented componentry and timeless, American styling.

Since launching in 2021, the reimagined Indian Chief has garnered incredible feedback from riders all around the world, said Mike Dougherty, President of Indian Motorcycle. With the introduction of Sport Chief, the 2023 Indian Chief lineup is more diverse than ever offering a wide range of performance and styling options to meet each riders unique personality and riding preferences.

When designing Sport Chief, Indian Motorcycle set its sights on performance by utilising the finest components from proven brands. With KYB inverted front forks, also featured on Indian Challenger models, Sport Chief offers superior handling and ride performance. The Sport Chiefs dual-disc, four-piston, semi-floating caliper, radial-mounted Brembo brakes deliver confidence-inspiring stopping power, while piggyback rear FOX shocks increase travel to 100 mm and increases lean angle to 29.5 degrees, compared to other Indian Chief models. The result is an Indian Chief that begs for more aggressive riding and provides the confidence and capability to take the riding experience to another level.

In 2021, we celebrated the 100-year anniversary of Indian Chief with a lineup that pays homage to the glory days of American motorcycling, said Ola Stenegrd, Director, Industrial Design for Indian Motorcycle. With Sport Chief, we wanted to maintain the same care-free attitude and American muscle but elevate it even further with componentry that not only delivers a style and attitude that exudes performance but raises the bar entirely for performance cruisers.

Featuring a simple steel-tube frame, Sport Chief preserves the Indian Chiefs mechanical styling. At the heart of it all, a blacked-out Thunderstroke 116 motor delivers 162 Nm of torque, while a stylish new Quarter Fairing, along with new moto-style bars with machined triple clamps and 152 mm risers set the Sport Chief apart from the rest of the Indian Chief lineup. With mid-mount foot controls and a solo gunfighter seat, riders are in a commanding, yet comfortable, riding position. Sport Chief features sport cast wheels wrapped in Pirelli Night Dragon tyres, a 15.1 litre fuel tank, bobbed rear fender, dual exhaust, LED lighting, keyless ignition, and three selectable ride modes, including Sport, Standard and Tour.

Ride-enhancing technology comes standard with Indian Motorcycles class-leading 101 mm touchscreen powered by RIDE COMMAND. Accessible via handlebar controls or the digital touchscreen display, riders can cycle through multiple interfaces, including two different gauge configurations, bike and ride information, and turn-by-turn navigation*. If using a wireless helmet communicator, riders can control their music within the RIDE COMMAND system once their phone is paired via Bluetooth or USB. Riders can also access phone information, including recent calls, contacts, number pad and text message history. When connected, incoming calls will appear and can be accepted or declined directly through the RIDE COMMAND system.

For riders looking to personalise their bike, Indian Motorcycle offers an array of accessories that enhance the bikes performance, comfort, or adds personal style.

        Performance Accessories
For a smoother, more comfortable ride, Indian Chief riders can add Adjustable Piggyback Rear FOX Shocks. Featuring 24 clicks via easy-to-operate twist knobs, riders can adjust compression and rebound damping to suit their riding preference.

Current Indian Chief, Chief Bobber, and Super Chief riders can upgrade to the Sport Chiefs stock dual exposed FOX Piggyback Chief Performance Shocks, which provide 100 mm of travel with increased lean angle and an aftermarket, stylish look that increases stability, and improves comfort and capability for aggressive riding.

The new Chief Pathfinder 146 mm Adaptive LED Headlight, available in chrome or black, features patented, innovative technology that monitors the bikes lean angle and delivers optimised illumination of the road ahead. With an industry first adaptive high-beam, lighting performance is superior to that of a standard headlight, projecting light a greater distance and spread in front of the bike.

Style Accessories
Indian Chief riders looking to add personal style can select from a variety of Indian Motorcycle accessories. New 254 mm Moto Handlebar Risers not only add style but deliver a more comfortable reach. Low and Tall windscreen options are available for the Sport Chiefs Quarter Fairing, while a variety of bags, including a Solo Rack and Rack Bag, Tail Bag, and Bobber Saddlebag, complement the bikes design.

The Sport Chiefs Quarter Fairing and 152 mm Moto Handlebar Risers are available for current Indian Chief, Chief Bobber, and Super Chief riders.

Comfort Accessories
For added comfort and improved ergonomics based off height, riders can add an Extended Reach or Reduced Reach Seat. For two-up riding, Indian Motorcycle offers the Chief Syndicate Seat and a Syndicate Low Profile Passenger Backrest, which complements the Sport Chiefs aggressive design.

The 2023 Sport Chief is available in Black Smoke, Ruby Smoke, and Stealth Gray.

<title>INDIAN SCOUT ROGUE BY HARDNINE CHOPPERS</title>
    <link>https://www.kcsuperbikes.co.uk/indian-motorcycle/news-and-events/indian-scout-rogue-by-hardnine-choppers</link>
<description>Danny Schneider, the man behind Hardnine Choppers, has brought his hard riding, performance style to the Scout Rogue and topped it off with an awesome paint scheme scheme inspired by King of the Baggers winning Indian Challengers.

As a former FMX star and award-winning vintage custom builder, Danny Schneider has a reputation for exciting, performance orientated customs and is no stranger to working with Indian Motorcycle. In fact, the build he credits as his best ever was his 1931 Indian Scout, the bike that started his love of Indian Motorcycle, a love that was cemented with the launch of the FTR, ever since then, Ive been hooked, says Danny.

My idea when I first saw the Scout Rogue, I actually liked it a lot, was performance racing this is where Im coming from I really wanted to craft it to suit my hard riding style and weve done everything we can with performance parts. We started out with the hlins front forks and hlins rear shock, suspension is the most important thing for me coming from a motocross background. Ive added some custom touches, by cutting down the primary cover to the minimum thats still safe but making it lighter and giving it a more performance look and Ive also added wider footpegs to suit my riding style. But, look closer and youll see the gold leaf applied to the iconic insignias on the engine and the gas cap, the gold stitching in the seat which all complement the awesome paint by Vince Customs. Ive been building bikes for about 10 or 12 years now. But I stopped for a while as Id lost a bit of the passion. When it came to the Rogue, it just came back, the light just fired up again. Indian Motorcycle engineering is amazing, they think further than other brands. If you need to do something, its done super quick. This is what I love.

Now its just a case of setting up the bike, dialling in the suspension and going for a ride. Riding to me is everything. Its absolute freedom.

Modifying the triple trees to accept the hlins front forks, the handlebar has been replaced with a 22mm higher ProTaper unit fitted with ProTaper soft grips and the Scout Rogues mini-fairing adapted to work with the new bar placement. The stripped back, racing feel is also enhanced by miniature turn signals and the removal of the front fender.

The racing look and spec continues with performance tracker wheels from Roland Sands Design allowing the use of twin OEM discs grabbed by dual Beringer calipers operated by a Beringer master cylinder/lever with Danny creating bespoke adapters and mounts for the wheels and the braking system. For performance gains during starts and gear changes, the clutch lever is also by Beringer with a Dynojet quickshifter ensuring the slickest of shifts and a one-off 2-into-1 exhaust by Jekill and Hyde ramping up the soundtrack.

<title>REVISED FTR RANGE ANNOUNCED FOR 2023</title>
    <link>https://www.kcsuperbikes.co.uk/indian-motorcycle/news-and-events/revised-ftr-range-announced-for-2023</link>
<description>FTR range adds fresh, vibrant colours, while New FTR Sport, FTR Rally &amp; FTR R Carbon upgrade to 101 mm Round Touchscreen Display with Navigation*

The Eicma show in Milan played host to the 2023 Indian Motorcycle new model press conference last week with FTR taking centre stage thanks to some significant updates and a revision to the range.

Biggest news was the introduction of a new FTR mid-range trim, now known as the new FTR Sport. Introduced as a replacement for the popular FTR S model, the new FTR Sport slots into the range below the premium FTR R Carbon and above the popular FTR and FTR Rally models, giving riders who crave an everyday sporting ride a new modern choice.

Designed for riders to cut loose and enjoy the pure sport of motorcycling, the FTR Sports bold aesthetics and quality components, including a wind deflector number board, chin fairing and seat cowl, take the FTRs energetic attitude to another level. The FTR Sport touts a new tank panel design and is available in Black Metallic with Indy Red accents or White Lightning with Indy Red and Black Metallic accents. A totally unique take on American V-twin performance with an unmistakable, muscular style, the FTR truly is an American original.

New for 2023, the FTR Sport, FTR Rally and FTR R Carbon are upgraded with a 101 mm round touchscreen display powered by RIDE COMMAND, featuring navigation*. Three ride modes (Sport, Standard, Rain) provide unique performance experiences for varying preferences and riding conditions, while Lean Angle Sensitive Stability Control and ABS provide confident, predictable handling in all conditions.

All four FTR models now offer a new sport exhaust muffler, and a retuned front braking system, which provides a firmer feel. Indian Motorcycle also moved the speedometer up for easier viewing and added a new clutch for improved feel and performance.

The FTR Rally features 19 and 18-inch spoked wheels wrapped with knobby tires and is available in new Black Smoke paint with Desert Earth frame and the iconic Indian Motorcycle Headdress logo emblazoned across the tank.

The FTR R Carbon separates itself as the premium offering with carbon fibre components, premium seat, fully adjustable hlins gold front forks and a gold piggyback shock. The iconic Indian Script logo tank panels are exclusive to the FTR R Carbon, which is finished with classy Cloud Silver and Championship Gold pinstriping.

While primary components carry over for the entry FTR, the new tank panel design, as seen on FTR Sport, and the addition of bold, vibrant colours, the refreshed FTR further broadens the appeal of the FTR lineup to more riders. The entry FTR is available in Metallic Black, contrasted by Lifted Lime branding with matching rear shock, or Stealth Gray, featuring Orange Burst branding, rear shock and wheels.

For added personalisation, Indian Motorcycle is launching nine new FTR accessories. Through a brand partnership with Gilles Tooling, Indian Motorcycle is offering co-branded pieces, including Performance Adjustable Rearsets, and three Billet components: Bar End Weights, an Oil Cap and a Radiator Cap. Performance Adjustable Levers will also be available in spring 2023. In addition, Indian Motorcycle has expanded its carbon fibre offering with three new pieces, including an Exhaust Heat Shield, Frame Guard and a Sprocket Cover. To enhance comfort, Indian Motorcycle has introduced a durable and weather-resistant Comfort+ Seat, which combines comfortable ergonomics with additional padding where needed most.

2023 LINEUP: A Diverse Range for Any Rider - From Scout to Indian Pursuit, the 2023 lineup offers models &amp; styles for any rider; new Indian Motorcycle accessories further expand personalisation options

Touting a wider range of models and options than ever before, the 2023 Indian Motorcycle line offers a model suited for any rider and a host of new upgrades, including:

All Thunderstroke and PowerPlus models receive a new clutch improving the overall feel and forgiveness. This new slipper clutch reduces engine drag which provides a smoother down shifting experience and comfortable ride while improving your ability to maintain traction when facing poor road conditions. Lastly, the larger friction zone and decreased lever effort reduces your clutch fatigue, which can be beneficial in urban areas or when riding in traffic.

Indian Springfield, Chieftain, Indian Challenger, Roadmaster and Indian Pursuit models feature a redesigned LED headlight, which improves reach and spread of light helping the rider see what lies ahead, while also improving their visibility to other motorists on the road.

Integrated buttons on the Heated Seats and Heated and Cooled Seats for PowerPlus and heavyweight Thunderstroke models now feature haptics, which allow riders to feel the buttons responsive when wearing gloves.

Indian Pursuit Premium Package models now offer Lower Fairing Storage compartments as standard.

Across the line, Indian Motorcycle has introduced an array of new paint colours for international markets, including Sagebrush Smoke for Chief Dark Horse plus Stryker Red Metallic on Roadmaster Limited and Indian Pursuit Dark Horse. Bronze Pearl Metallic is a new colour option on Roadmaster Limited and Indian Springfield models, while Titanium Smoke is introduced to Indian Challenger Dark Horse.

For 2023, Indian Motorcycle is introducing an array of functional accessories. First, in partnership with CruzTOOLS, Indian Motorcycle is launching three accessories, including two tool kits compatible with all models and an axle adapter for FTR models. To add storage to most models, a new All-Weather Vinyl Tail Bag attaches to select passenger seats or luggage racks. In addition, a new Syndicate Heated Seat is available for Indian Challenger models, while a Reduced Reach Kickstand is now available for all Indian Challenger and Indian Pursuit models.

For the Chief line, Indian Motorcycle is launching two new bag options. The Chief Fork Bag attaches securely to the front of the handlebars and is perfect for storing smaller items like gloves, glasses, cell phones or water bottles. The new Chief Bobber Saddlebags are water-resistant and add convenient storage without sacrificing style.

For added comfort, Indian Motorcycle is offering Chief riders an upgraded Comfort+ Solo Seat and a two-up Syndicate Seat. The Comfort+ Solo Seat pulls design inspiration from old-school muscle car interiors. The top is plusher than the stock seat and contours to hold the rider securely and comfortably. The new Chief Syndicate Seat complements the bikes distinct design, while adding comfort and support for both rider and passenger. The Syndicate Seat is made with a durable, weather-resistant black vinyl that wont fade.

For Chief passengers, Indian Motorcycle is introducing the Low Profile Passenger Backrest, which complements the bikes style and adds cushioned support to the passengers posterior.

Lastly, the new Quick Release Low Profile Trunk is factory engineered to add exceptional style, passenger comfort, and extra storage space to Indian Motorcycle bagger and touring models, while still maintaining a streamlined look. The hinged, lockable lid lifts to the side with the assistance of a gas strut for ease of opening, as well as to stabilise the trunk while open. The trunk bottom is covered with a soft, automotive-quality liner to reduce cargo from moving while riding. The Quick Release Low Profile Trunks 46 litre volume easily fits two half helmets, gloves, and a jacket, and with a 10 kg cargo limit is perfect for day trips and small adventures. Quick Release technology lets riders install or remove the trunk quick and easily without tools and no mounting hardware remains on the motorcycle.
